Hereby, we inform you that starting April 1, 2012, company Synthos Dwory 7 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowo-akcyjna (dawniej „Synthos Dwory” Sp. z o.o.) has upgraded declaration of conformity for its product Synthos XPS 30. Thus, the lots of the product manufactured after April 1 will be delivered according to declarations of conformity as of April 1, 2012, while the lots of the product manufactured before that date and available for sale will be delivered with accordance to the declarations remaining in your posession, meaning as of December 1, 2011. Furthermore, we inform you that starting March 21, 2012, company Synthos Kralupy a.s. and starting March 31, 2012 company Synthos Dwory 7 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowo-akcyjna (dawniej „Synthos Dwory” Sp. z o.o.) has stopped using wooden pallets as basis for Synthos XPS load. Instead, polystyrene foam beams are used. Thus, the lots of the products manufactured by Synthos Kralupy a.s. after March 21 and the lots of the products manufactured by Synthos Dwory 7 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowo-akcyjna (dawniej „Synthos Dwory” Sp. z o.o.) after March 31 will be delivered on polystyrene-foam beams, while the lots of the products manufactured before that date and available for sale will be delivered on wooden pallets.
