AURA SKY constructed with XPS PRIME

The construction of the biggest block of flats in Praga, a district in Warsaw, started at the end of 2015. The 85-metre-high Aura Sky is one of several skyscrapers planned in the investment. Synthos XPS has been involved in its construction by supplying its highly-reliable XPS PRIME. During the first stage of the investment we have supplied 280 m³ of XPS PIRME S 70, intended for a thermal insulation of the garage ceiling.

The usable area of this multi-floor building is 30,000 m². The developer of the building is Mill-Yon company from Warsaw, its general contractor is Unibep company from Bielsk Podlaski, whereas the project was created by KIPP Projekt company.
